She is a bit loud, Janine... I agree!

Her next video was less than a week later (I love Melonlady) and it had faded to a barely there pastel.

And I'll bet the rest of the dye is all over her pillowcase, lol.

I tried some permanent pink dyes years back and they just bleached and gave a salmony tint, nothing like the bright pink it promised on the box. They were professional ones but i don't remember the brand. Of all the permanent brights available now, I have never seen a truly bright result (excepting things like majicontast etc) Elumen also do permanent brights but they are never as bright as bleach plus a direct dye. I have looked for results from Berina before, but I have never seen a convincing bright result. I just don't think bright colours work in these formulas, except reds, unless applied on a bleached base which kind of defeats the object imo.

I just don't think it's possible to get enough lift from just peroxide and no bleach to get a color like pink to come out clean and bright.

It's possible. But only for blonde hair! Though reds, purples and darker pinks will work on darker hair, as the hi lift dyes show.

That has to be a bathroom rug, but I don't think she would have mixed it on it somehow, its all a lil too tidy looking in the bowl lol!

I use a bathroom rug or you know those huge roll out plastic mats people have at their hallways? I roll it out across the whole length of the bathroom and wipe up any mess ha!

I used bright pink dye that is permanent as semi (its bright when i use it as permanent, but it washes off in first wash almost completely :/). I mixed it with conditioner cause i just wanted pale tint to my hair to get some change (my hair color was white). It did stain it pale pink, but in two days color literally disappeared from my hair, i did not wash it, i guess it just rubbed of on my pillow and hair brush.

Which demonstrates exactly what I was saying πŸ™‚ It won't stick!
