Im really not up to speed with the changed formulas of directions, can anyone tell me which blues fade blue and not green please. Im looking to dye a light blue (or dilute a darker one to light) but I really need the fade to be blue rather than a greeny one. thank you

The bases haven't changed, all Directions blues are green based except Neon blue, which is purple based.

great thankyou, I cant decide which one to go for out of the direction blues, I need one with the least green. I used the last bit of midnight I had.

Neon blue is a lovely shade, stars quite purple these days but fades to a truer blue and doesn't stain like the other blues do.

I can attest that neon blue is lovely and shouldn't fade green. I currently have it on the blue part of my hair and it's really good.
