I had my hair highlighted few months ago and dyed it last night to try and match my roots as much as possible! Do I need to wait for regrowth to know for certain if it's the right colour?
Also if the colour fades I can't re dye it because it'll be to dark then!

I can't see another way that you can find out. Looking at old photos is the only other thing I can think of... but they can be inaccurate.
Why will it be too dark if you redye it? What dye did you use?

Because when it fades and I put another colour over it again only until my hair grows out, it will become darker? Am I wrong?
