Cjiadon's Hair Timeline (Pic heavy) Updated

I was bored today waiting for paint to dry.  >.>  So I put together a hair timeline!

My natural color is a kind of medium brown.  I first started dyeing my hair around my sophomore year of high school.  I tried out very dark reds and black but I don't have any pictures of that.  So I'm starting one summer when I visited my mom and sister back in my home-state.  Boy was I surprised to see my mom's normally bleached hair was bam turquoise!  It looked great and really suited her blue eyes.  And my little sister's previously virgin hair (No dye and no cutting!) was chin length and fire engine red!  I wanted to jump on the train asap.

So before we started, my hair was like this:

That's pretty much my natural color.  Boring!  After bleaching we got this:

I refused to step out of the house.  XD  I make a horrible blonde.  Then we mixed BtZ Raspberry Kamikaze and Purple Passion and got this:

It was so liberating to have hair like that. It felt great and I loved it.  But my visit was only for a month and I had to change it for work when I went home.  About nine months later I decided I wanted to try short hair.  I had been only getting my hair trimmed for years and I liked having it long but I had never really had it super short before.  So I kept some hair to frame my face and cut off the back.  Oh, and I dyed it black.

Shortly after that I got a job doing data entry online.  It no longer mattered what hair color I had for work so I tried blue this time.  I mixed BtZ Huckleberry Blue and Midnight Blue.  It came out kinda color chunky by mistake but I ended up loving it.

I kept that for a few months but decided to try green.  I don't really remember what brands I used.  They were sold at Hot Topic at the time, but aren't anymore.

This is what happens if you ask my mom for an edgy/punk hairstyle:

Aaaan then I got laid off and had to get a new job.  I found two parts times, one at a video game store and one at a coffee house.  Both required normal hair so I dyed back to black and I missed having long hair so I decided to grow it out.  I didn't keep up with my root growth though so after a few months I looked like this:

After more growing and still no root coverup:

I look back at the picture and wonder what I was thinking.  -.-  I guess I just didn't care.  And I think that even though it had been a long time, I was still kinda of upset about having to change my color.

Last summer I got into a University and I quit my jobs to focus on studying and to run a small Etsy webstore in my free time.  I jumped on the chance to change my hair.  I redid the black at the top of my neck and bleach the rest.  It came out pretty yellow so when I put blue in it came out like this:

I like it when mistakes turn out to not be disasters.  ^_^  Then for the Renaissance Faire I went purple:

And then blue for Blizzcon:

And I've been blue with a peekaboo of black since then.  This last photo is from a photo shoot a friend of mine did for me:

It's time to recolor my hair in about a week and I think I'll do blue again but with thick streaks of green.

Thank you everyone!  Yes, my hair does grow very fast.  I'm not sure why.  I condition it well but my diet consists of whatever I think is yummy.  I don't pay too much attention to what I eat.

Which needs to change.  XD

Thank you.  I buy it at Sallys but I'm not sure if they sell it outside the U.S.

I has the green and blue in!  I have all that bit of black in back, four big chunks of green on top, a smaller chunk of green behind each ear and the rest is blue.  I'm pretty scared and nervous about how it will turn out.
