I've got a few red hair dyes and was wondering if I could get some advice on mixtures?
Directions:
Poppy Red
Rose Red
Pillarbox Red
Vermillion Red
Crazy Colour:
Vermillion Red
What mixture would give the truest red?

Pretty sure I've mixed Poppy and Pillarbox in the past to get a very bright red when SFX NUclear was out of stock

Poppy or Pillarbox with either Vermillion should work. The first two being pink based, and both Vermillions being orange based. Avoid Rose red as it isn't a red at all it is a magenta and very strongly pigmented.

Ah yeah good point Wicked Pixie - I would have been applying that over the orange fade left behind by Nuclear so something a bit orange mixed in would prob help!

special effects defiantly!
either nuclear red or devilish!
100% recommended special effects it lasts up to 6 weeks in my hair!

You might also want to try Directions Fire. Truest red I've ever tried. If your base is very orange it will fade orange, so you may want to mix in something to counteract that.
