Erm...got bored....

As you might have seen me whining over the past couple of weeks, I have been struggling to get my roots to match my lengths since going blonde, also as much as I adored being blonde, I've had some major snapage. Combine that with the need for change, I decided to go a different colour which wouldn't require bleaching quite as light and messing about with toner etc etc.

I couldn't decide between Directions Bright Daffodil or Mandarin, so I bought both. I tried the yellow first and made a total balls up of it - I must have had my eyes shut when I did it because I had huge streaks of it including a chunk at the front and then massive patches of my light blonde - whoops! The bits that had coloured didn't look nice so I decided to go straight ahead with the Mandarin - I've ended up with blonde streaks through it that if I had tried for the effect would never have worked, I didn't but I think they are ace! Reactions so far - I had a hospital event and an (apparently) top ranking consultant yelled across "I LOVE YOUR HAIR" on the way in and out ha ha! I went into the office..oh my god....one woman looked like she was going to cry 🙁 - not in a good way - generally the blokes loved it, a couple of the women did, the rest of the women looked baffled as to why I would do it :S then I went to ASDA on the way home and just got stared at, I had to walk really quickly to stop giggling!
