That is so cute and so well made!

Here's a bridal headdress I'm working on for my friend. It's a wedding with an Iceland/aurora borealis theme. I couldn't add any colour (though might be able to add in a bit of silver later) so I went for twisted feathers to give it a frosty snowflake ish type feel! She wanted draaaaama and I hope I've delivered! Not totally finished, but I need her to try it on with the dress before finishing to make sure the colour is ok!

It's difficult to see, but the spiky twisted feathers are also tucked in between the big feathers.

That's just amazing! I would have worn it to my wedding, I'm sure she'll love it.

I started to archive my yarn. Crochet a small granny square (because I have loads of multi coloured yarn too), stick it on a piece of paper and the paper that goes around the yarn on the other side so I have brand, colour code, what it's made of, needle size and how hot to wash. I've done about 5 and mannn, this is going to take a while. x_x I don't even have wrappers for every ball of yarn I have right now, but even with the ones I do have, I think I'll have to do 50. πŸ˜› Oh well, once I have done everything I have now, it should be easy to keep up with when I buy new yarn.

I'm doing this because I ran out of yarn for the blue of the catbug and a friend wants one also, but I don't remember which brand and colour code it is. This way I'll have everyhting in one place.

Ages ago when rij made me my amazing catbug I said I'd post pictures of him with my bjd. I finally brought my doll back to uni today so I hope rij sees this! Sorry for my lack of photography skills. I will get better ones at some point.

The best part is that they're perfectly sized for each other πŸ˜€

Yay! Thank you so much for posting these. ;D Is that a doll chateau mold? Maybe I'm completely wrong, haha, but now I'm curious. πŸ™‚

Yes she's a doll chateau Bella mould. I love her. She's unfortunately my only doll at the moment as I had to sell my others to make rent a couple of times πŸ™

I'll never sell this one though, I'm far too attached.

I can imagine! I love how their bodies look, very artsy. I'd hate it if I had to sell one/some of my dolls to pay bills. I would if I had to, it's better to pay the bills, than have some dolls, but have a debt/have to move out. I sold the doll I couldn't bond with (soom faery Asis), but my other dolls are precious to me.

I just noticed my post before the last one about organising my yarn. The crochet a granny thing quickly went out the window in favour of a more efficient way I found. Had to purchase a laminator, but it was worth it. I downloaded a template file, printed them out and laminated them with the yarn wrapper at the top. Punched out some holes (my heart punch was too big, so I switched between heart and regular round shaped holes) and went from there. It looks pretty good!

This was, I think, only stylecraft yarn, I've done couple more brand by now. It's a shame I have heaps and heaps of phil cotton 3, catania and katia yarn without wrappers, but in every colour. Oh well.

I'm also designing another neopet, currently only have the head. It's a Blumaroo.

I was always drawn to the DC bodies because they look like the angry thin elongated people that I draw.

I love the soom dolls though! There are quite a few I've lusted after over the years. I can't wait until I finish uni and have enouh money for new dolls again. There are a few that have been on my wishlist for far too long.

Also I love your yarn organisation it's so cute! And, as always, your croched things are too lovely. Everyone is always really impressed with how good my catbug is πŸ™‚

a few Adventure Time plushes I've made recently. πŸ™‚ I've been experimenting with different materials, so PB is crochet with yarn hair, Jake is entirely felt, BMO is flannel and felt, and LSP and Finn are crochet again. πŸ™‚

Oh wow, all these photos are spectacular! πŸ˜€ I make cards and jewellery myself. If I'm understanding the rules correctly, I'm OK to post my facebook and etsy pages (if I'm not, sorry!)

I love making things, but since leaving uni I have only made my sisters prom dress, and I feel bad towards my sewing machine as it needs a bit of a work out!
I was wondering if any of you guys like to get crafty? If you do post examples! I also love looking at free patterns etc online, if you have any good ones post them on here πŸ˜€

sooo I'll start off, I like this site http://www.cutoutandkeep.net as there's looads of different tutorials for things, from cupcakes to cold remedies! love it!

I do like to get crafty! I like to design playing cards, like game cards for friends that invent games and such.  I have to recommend The GameCrafter to people into making games, even if you are crafty enough to make your own game pieces, too.

I made a thing! πŸ™‚

My tiniest crochet thing so far. It's done with a 0,9 mm hook. I have this tiny BJD that's only 17 cms, but mature art body. Impossible to find clothing for, so I have to make them myself. This is a circular vest I made tonight. I'm contemplating making it bigger, maybe only at the bottom. What do you peeps think?

Doll has no eyes or wig since I'm still painting her face and her wig is still in the making. πŸ™‚
