Hi everyone! Looking to buy toner for my bleached hair, and am wondering what the difference if any, there is between these two toners? I want white hair, or at least no traces of yellow at all. My hair is super light, almost white in color, but has a yellow or blond shade.

Unless your hair is really, really, really light neither of those are going to do anything. Your hair needs to be like the inside of a banana peel yellow to get white hair. If your hair is darker you will just get a more neutral blonde with a toner, but you'll need something stronger than those dyes. You're better off buying a purple dye and diluting it as much as you need in some conditioner.
As for the difference, there probably isn't much.
