Alright, and if I wanted that pastel blue, really light colour. Which dye should you think suits best for that? I can get La Riche Directions quite easy.

Atlantic blue heavily diluted makes a pretty sky blue/turquoise colour.

Alright, you are a BIG help at the moment already. I have one more question, and then I will stop pestering you.

If I want mint green, should I just get blue and green mixed in the conditioner, or should I just bleach my hair to a soft yellow, and then put blue in, to let it be mint green? Does it work that way?

For a colour as light as your pic you want to bleach it as light as possible. The yellow left in your base will pull a turquoise shade of blue to a more minty green tone. If you want it greener you can add green or yellow.
if you want a truer blue without green tones you need a blue with some purple tones such as Neon blue

Thank you so much! I will just use the Atlantic Blue.
One more question, would you suggest just bleaching with the 20 volume developer, or bleach it with a bleach wash? Because that is what I just found on the internet.

bleach with developer, with shampoo and conditioner.

Thanks!

EDIT: I see Directions are not the longest lasting dyes. Should I instead get something like Special Effects or something? I don't mind which brand, I can almost get any brand. Which colour + brand would you suggest the best for green mint, on lightest bleach?

No, don't use a breath bath/wash. That dilutes the bleach and so it's less effective. You won't get it anywhere near light enough if you do that.

Directions is fine, special effects is good too. You're diluting the colour though, it doesn't matter what you use, it isn't going to last long and you will have to top it up often. But again, as you're diluting to a pale colour, your pot will last ages.

While struning around this forum, I've come to love a colour. Dark gray.

And I was wondering what dye would give this exact result the best? I was trying to look for Pravana silver, but I can't find that AT ALL, and it is frustrating me. πŸ™
