hey guys.
i've been dying hair various shades of pink, purple and blue for over a year, letting them fade, and then popping on another colour, only bleaching when roots are around an inch or longer. doing this has given me lovely galaxy coloured hair on several occasions.
i now want to go dark emerald green, such as Pravana green or Adore Emerald, however, when i bleach the midlengths and ends of my hair they are stained pink and go a mix of pastel pink and luminous highlighter pink.
how do i get rid of the staining so that i can go dark green?
note: i am a trained hairdresser and my hair is still in good condition.

I would imagine a deep green would cover a pastel pink easily, and probably go darker on the highlighter coloured areas and give you quite a pretty tonal effect. Can you post a pic of your hair as it is now?
You could try the bleach powder/shampoo method mentioned elsewhere on this board; I've always had quite good luck with that, but it may not be necessary if your hair is light enough.
