My hair is currently a pastel pink shade and I would like to (ideally) have a turquoise like the ones below.
a) is this doable?
b) best dye for the job?

Yes, it’s possible. To stop it going more blue because of the pink neutralising the green you’ll want to add a bit extra green. I’d suggest Directions turquoise, which is a lot like that now as it’s a lot darker than it used to be, with some alpine green.
