Need this colour, help please! :)

So I've just got myself a new job in a call centre, and I'm finally allowed to have dyed hair! My hair has been natural for over a year now, and I'm itching for a change.

I was one of the hair dye tumblr pages when I found this, and fell in love;

Any suggestions for dyes? I've always liked using Directions, but I'm open to trying something new πŸ™‚

Also, what sort of base would I need? Would it need to be super pale, or would it look fine over yellow?

Thanks in advance πŸ˜€

What base do you have now?

It's brown, but a bit of a mix... My roots are virgin and the ends faded ages ago, but I kept it because it looked like a dipdye haha πŸ™‚
Ive a feeling that if I do bleachbath, I'll end up with serious patchiness :-S

Here's a photo of my hair currently

She said she used Burgundy Wine over a ginger base.

If you bleach bathed your hair and lightened it a little i think Directions Rose Red would achieve that.

I would go for Rubine over that base, it covers natural hair better IME.
