I'd used the Scott Cornwall Decolour Stripper two days before on my natural hair (3-4" root and the rest lighter as it was grown-out balayage) and left this on for just over an hour. Turns out a whole tube is more than enough for hair than comes down to shoulders/collarbones!
It's still staining my forehead... and my nails... and my hands... AND MY NECK.... occasionally even though I put it in a week ago. It doesn't show up that well in photos, but it seems to be fading to mermaid-type blue-green now. It went more green on my ends initially as they were darker.
First photo is the day after it was done, the second was taken earlier this evening.
Went on really easily, liked the smell (I want to say bubblegum musk, but not sure that's quite right) didn't drip AT ALL and left my hair in good condition. No idea how it is on bedding as I bought all-black specifically for this dye job.
TL; DR - GIVE IT A GO! As with all blues, though, you need to lighten your hair first if it's not naturally a light colour. It goes on slightly blue-green on yellowish areas and looks more blue the lighter your base is
