How to Go From Green to Blue?

Hi everyone,

Does anyone have experience going from green to blue? I used Green Pravana and it rarely ever faded, but now I'm sick of the color so I have begun stripping it with clarifying shampoos, oils, etc. The color has gotten considerably lighter but is still green...I would say it leans towards more of a green-yellow than green-blue at this point. I would like to go a muted blue, however I know yellow+blue = green, I am planning to get purple shampoo to take out as much yellow as I can. The blue I bought is Pravana as well...and I bought some of their new Black Additive to get a duller color.

In your guys opinion, is it hard to go from green to blue? Will I need to bleach my hair again, or can I just go over the green? I am trying to not bleach my hair!
