Hello, everyone. I want to change my haircolour this week to another color. This is the colour I have, now:
And I want to change it to this colour.
How can I best achieve that colour? I can bleach my hair if it's needed.
I have access to Directions and Manic Panic, but I would like to use Directions if that is possible.
The colour you want to go isn't showing up. This is the link to it http://hair-x.net/best-red-hair-color-black_5716abc10e563-jpg/
Hair bleached to ginger and then a burgundy colour like Direction Dark Tulip could work?

Thanks for pointing that out! I've changed it, and I think the image is correct now. And thanks for the advice. To get a ginger colour with bleaching, bleaching with a bleach bath would be enough right?
You could do, yes. But I don't have much experience (or luck) with bleach bathing ... maybe a bleach bath with 30 vol bleach?
I've never gone above 20 vol for a bleach bath, I used to get good results on mine with 10! But yeah your hair isn't very dark and you only need a ginger base so a bleach bath should be fine I think!
Yeah, I'd go for a full bleach, but with a low volume peroxide. I think you need a little more kick than a bleach bath.
If you're in the UK or Europe, you do have access to many more dyes than Directions and Manic Panic - Beeunique
Is that your natural colour or has your hair been previously processed? If the latter I would put the burgundy dye straight over what you have now.
If the hair is virgin a quick bleach bath to open the cuticle is all you need
Yeah, now I see this on a different screen, it doesn't look as dark as it did. I agree with wicked pixie. Unless my other screen is right, hard to know!

This hair has been dyed with a permanent, which I think was just bought in a drugstore. But do you mean with burgundy the dye mentioned? Directions Dark tulip. I am from The Netherlands.
I do have bleach at home, so I can do a bleachbath!
If you want a dark burgundy (which is how it looks on my screen) you may be better putting it directly on top of what you have now. The dye won't have problems sticking because the hair is not virgin.
Dark Tulip has more purple tones, i would actually go for Rubine, which has more red/pink tones, or a mix of the two
Strand test first to see if you like it over your current base.
If it is too dark i would use a colour remover rather than bleach to lighten your base.
