Hello, I've came here for some advice, I was wondering do I have to use bleach for grey hair or can I used it straight from the bottle (crazy colour) my hair is natural darkish blonde type colour.

It's also only semi permanent

What shade of grey hair? Pale silver or dark gunmetal. Crazy colour probably isn't the best option.
Yes, you will probably need to bleach unless you want a dark shade. For a lot of shades of grey you need a very pale, inside of a banana, yellow.
