Covering faded violet?

Hey y'all

I am a faded Shocking Pink and Violet gal and my mousy roots are a-showing.

I only bleached 5 weeks and 4 days ago and I don't want to try and do my roots as the back of my crop is patchy as it is.  Basically I am gonna use a box dye semi to swerve the cost and hassle of roots for a while as I am yenning for natural locks for a bit.

In the past I have easily covered pink with copper and/or brown but I haven't really tried covering violet with anything other than a dark shade.

I am guessing that it is fundamentally a cool colour so leaning towards warmer natural colours but wondered if there was anyone here with any experience of how it covers?

*anyone*

If it's the colour in your avatar most browns / auburns / reds will cover it...just depends on what colour you're aiming for? I covered turquoise (slightly faded but not much!) with a plum box dye and it took absolutely fine, the green did start to show through on the ends a bit but I redyed it a month later and that time it stuck.
