Achieving neon minty colour

Hi !
Can anyone tell me how I can achieve this colour ?
I have faded Directions turquoise on my hair at the mo.

The old formula of Manic Panic Atomic Turquoise went this colour when diluted. Not sure now it's a new formula. I agree with Flo Glow though.
