StephanieFlowers, which color your hair was before dying it Rubine?
Cause I dyed this color 3 years ago, and it was totally pink! A dark pink at begining, and fading for a baby pink in the end.
My hair was platinum blonde.

Thanks all! 🙂 As for my base colour it was blonde roots with hot pink ends (very faded poppy red). I left it on for about 4 hours. I also pile ALOT of dye on my hair (probably more than necessary) so maybe that made a diff? I love it though, it's perfect for upcoming job interviews.
