For comic con this year I went as Jem from Jem and The Holograms :3 I used Manic Panic Hot Hot Pink with tad of Special Effects Wild Flower to make it a cooler toned pink heavily diluted with Aussie volumizing conditioner.I realise her hair is more pastel but I needed to make it dark enough to take over the heavily faded capri blue. ::)this one's super blurry but the only good picture I got of my whole outfit ;_;
