Yeah, I did maybe think streaks but I remember films saying "lets frost our tips" so maybe it's a blonde colour? I'm unsure haha.

I guess i wouldn't know, in america, when i think highlighting i think foils and stuff, and frosting i think of those special cap things.

So fine highlights that we do with a cap here, is frosting.
