Yep! But I put too much turquoise in to start with, so I had to put in a whole tub and a half of flo glo and then also a whole tub of bright daffodil I had! I still had to add loads of conditioner too. It was only about half a teaspoon of turq! I'm not sure why it went that way, but it did, odd.
It's more neon than the photo shows. The pinks photographed too neon and the green won't photograph neon enough lol
