Silver and Pink: Now with Fade Update!

I can't take a good picture to save my life (which explains why I do do film acting, but headshots are a big issue...), but the blur in this picture makes my eyes look extra crazy, so I post!

I was frustrated that a diluted Flamingo pink wasn't covering my gold roots, so I slapped a pot of Directions Silver on dry, conditioned hair. I'm a rebel. Left it on for 2 hours. The roots are more toned, but not to the point of the rest of my hair.

Wet, my hair looked very lavender, which was disappointing after a winter spent lavender, so I put my flamingo diluted in toning conditioner over a section of my fringe, and undiluted flamingo on the last inch of the section. A half an hour, and I get a patch of fun.

Much more silvery when dry, but that's what I get for being impatient!

(Bonus: You can see at least 2 surgery scars in this picture! In addition to the crazy.)

Update: I did my hair up all nice and pretty, so I attempted a few pictures with my inferior camera-phone skills! I punched up the pink a bit, and the silver is fading attractively, I think. But i should probably fix some of the gaps in my 'do before I go out, huh?
