for some reason, although it may be too greeny, i thought of Stargazer tropical green diluted a little. but thinking now, a bit of blue mixed with that might give it more of that colour : )

There are a few similar shades like Manic Panic Atomic Turquoise, Special Effects Fish Bowl and Directions Turquoise - you can see examples of turquoise results together here so you can see which shade/brand you think looks closest.

I think it's a turquoise over a medium yellow base.  My guess would be SFX Fish Bowl as that seems a very greeney turquoise 🙂
