I love how they combine several colors in dip dye. I had enough issues doing one colour, I don't even wanna imagine how it would be to do 3+ colors.

I would think that anything with more than two colours (or anything with a lighter colour under a darker one) is actually done with chalk. The one up there that has about three or four colours in about 10cm I would say is chalk. Beautiful though!
