I just bleach bathed my hair to a pale yellow-ish shade, do I need to tone is before dying it light purple? I'd assume the purple dye would pull the yellow tones on its own but I want to play it safe!

You should be fine, i've always had a yellow tone before colouring, the only time i've found its a problem is when it comes to dying blue xx

If you're after a plae, lilac purple, I'd definatly tone first.

I've always toned before going light purple, using either a semi toner or a silver shampoo

I put pale purple over pretty yellow hair once and it went browny. I would suggest toning just in case, it can't hurt 🙂
