Have A Good Old Moan....

My scalp is totally rank recently because I've been using normal shampoos to fade my hair. It's so annoying D: I like fading my hair out because I'm lazy at dying and it looks like I've redone it every few days ha, but I hate how it effs up my hairs happiness and routines!!

I have this problem too meeshy. I use a fuck tonne of coconut oil to ease it a bit.

Ooo yes that would be nice and soothing I wish I did it tonight!

I'm really missing my bestie today - she's been travelling for a year and a half now and although I have plenty of other people to talk to its really sucky not having her around, and Skype just isn't the same as a proper face to face catch up 🙁

My moan for today is that I've been trying to apply false lashes for about half an hour but every time I go near my eye with the tweezers, my eyelid starts going mental, twitching and flickering all over the place. Not helped by the fact that my top lid is really curved (my eye shape is like a D lying on its flat side, iykwim) and these lashes are very straight. Why I care so much when I'm only going to the docs, I have no idea.

FizzWhizz - no problem, I can't start anything new for at least a month anyway, as I've already got 4 handmade dresses on order to complete.  FYI, my turnaround time for handmade to order is usually between 6-8 weeks.

looks like my boyfriend won't be able to pick me up this weekend. Could be another 2 weeks until I see him 🙁 It's already been nearly 3 weeks.

FizzWhizz - i had the same problem for a long time useing tweezers then a friend tought me how to rest them on my lashes then put the inner corner in place with my finger by just touching the tips of the falselashes then keep a finger there and slide the outter corner into place hold for a seccond and done.  my eyes dont like tweezers but are use to me poking them with my own finger....  lol

My moan for the day:  its Snowing again.  Back home in Alabama its 70s (degrees) and sunny and im stuck in Kansas in the 30s and snowing.  -r-

My cat's sick. He might not make it.
I'll keep you all updated but I don't want to talk about it, I'm telling everyone to keep them in the know and also to ask for people to send good vibes to him, or pray for him if they're religious, and if you don't believe in either of those things then to just hope for him.

I'll update everyone as soon as I know if he's going to be okay or not.
We're taking him to the vets as soon as we can.

I'm so worried...

As for my moan. the sofa I ordered came this morning. It won't fit through the door. I am now waiting for a glazier to come and take out my living room window so I can get it in there 🙂

Ringo is fine, the vets say.
They're keeping him until 7 tonight, he's going to be fine. They're going to wash him, give him an injection, medication, keep an eye on him.
They're giving us medication to give him for the next 48 hours, and a syringe thing to stick up his butthole if he has another seizure. [ Raise your hand if you're guilty of giggles at that. *Raises hand* ]
I want to see him before I believe it, but I am so goddamn relieved...
Please still send your prayers and good vibes this way for a speedy recovery on his half. I'm very drained, but Ringo needs the help far more than I do.

I'm not sure if or how I'm going to sleep tonight whilst worrying about him being okay, we've got to keep an eye on him in case he has another seizure, but I can be an extremely heavy sleeper...

aww, I hope he's ok. I know how you're feeling. I get so upset when there's something wrong with my cats.

Boyfriend found out his work aren't extending his contract, so chances of us getting to stay in Canada are now pretty much zero.
