One of the playtrade sellers that I bought my OH's birthday gift from is using Yodel.  THEY DIDN'T MENTION THIS ON THEIR STOREFRONT.  If they had, I would have never used them!  The driver left a little note on my card "You need to be in tomorrow".  Excuse me?!  I need to be in tomorrow?  Or else what?

Oh, and the number on the card doesn't work on their website or the automated service number on the back of the card, so I left a note today asking them to leave the goods in a safe place and to please take the note in lieu of a signature, signed it, printed my name, dated it, and I'm calling their CS team momentarily to ask why their tracking number isn't working and to make sure that the driver leaves it in a safe place and does not take it back to the depot.

Though it's Yodel.  So I'm not getting my hopes up that any of this will be followed.

I started CO washing my hair since I took my extensions and it feels so gross! I just washed it and it's so greasy and lank and disgusting! I don't know what to dooo!

It can take a while to adjust. Or you need to use a less rich conditioner.

ear still not better, lip scabbed and itching still (and begging me to pick at the scab... not going to, will be strong!), throat hurting like mad, roof of my mouth where the nasal passages meet is burning (always get this as I'm getting a cold) and just generally feeling like poo.

Anyone want to come and pack up my stuff for me so I can move 🙁

Amy, I found that too- aussie's 'mega instant' conditioner is one that I use if I'm only using conditioner/washing my hair a lot as it's quite light on the hair 🙂 It's made for every day conditioning and stuff so there's less build up

This fucking woman at clip hair is an idiot. I know I keep banging on about it but I want you to never buy from clip hair! She's just told me I need to accept that there will be some hairs which won't dye, I told her I don't as their website states 'hair can be dyed'. She also told me it was bait ambitious going from 613 to purple. Is she actually a fucking twat?

Why would it even be hard to make blonde purple though? I dont see why she thinks that would be ambitious at all. She's just feeding you rubbish I think Meeshy. I hope you manage to get your money back, what a shame 🙁 I know they cost a lot too 🙁

As someone who naturally has much darker blonde hair, I've dyed it purple without bleaching it up to 613, so yeah... as you already knew... lies.

Pulled a muscle this morning in my neck and now I can't turn my head 🙁 It's so painful! Makes looking after a 3 year old, doing housework, and trying to work quite difficult

Meeshy that woman sounds like an idiot! I bought 613 bleach blonde hair off eBay and it dyed purple perfectly! You should definitely contact trading standards! £50 is a lot of money for something you now can't use! 🙁 If their site says its human and you can dye it, you should be able to dye it. Citizens Advice may be able to give you some advice about your legal rights?

I miss being able to cuddle with someone and just stay in bed all day together being daft.

I ended up ringing citizens advice and the sided with me 🙂 I rang the company today, got my email forwarded to the manager and he asked me to send him the hair. I've emailed to ask if this would be classed as a refund because I'm not sending it to them for them to just look at it!!

I know what you mean Martha. I've been without that for a while, I was hoping I'd get it back once I was in Canada but things have changed now 🙁 Going to have to wait til I meet somebody new...if I ever do.

I'm dreading having to bleach my own roots when I'm over there! I've never done them myself before, always got somebody else to do it.

I think I'm getting worse at dying my own hair. I don't seem to be coating all the hairs evenly anymore. Luckily it doesn't look too bad, well from what I can see, I've not inspected the back!

Haha if you moved to Toronto we'd both have our problems solved!

Usually I have the bf check but he's rubbish, he just says "everything looks like it's got stuff on it" but then totally doesn't take into account that that "stuff" could just be the coconut oil. I always have dark bits at the back and it looks rubbish.

I also wonder if it's the products that I'm using that just don't like my hair. I bought a big bucket of bleach and some 30 vol developer from a beauty supply store, thinking it doesn't matter what brand of bleach/dev I use, wanted to save some cash...unfortunately I think I'm wrong!

We should meet up in the middle and do each others hair, lol!

I think although essentially all bleach should be the same, it unfortunately isn't. I think different formulas probably work different on different hair.
Have you been able to find all the normal vegi dye brands over there? I am worried I won't be able to get hold of my dye!
