Yeah :(:( like 3 months ago a big sound proof door literally shut on it, I had to open the door to get it out ughhh!!! I fractured the end of my finger and the nail went black, then I just picked at my nail varnish and it half lifted and the colour just drained from me! My new nails grown almost half the way up underneath which is weird haha

I'm dreading having to bleach my own roots when I'm over there! I've never done them myself before, always got somebody else to do it.

I think I'm getting worse at dying my own hair. I don't seem to be coating all the hairs evenly anymore. Luckily it doesn't look too bad, well from what I can see, I've not inspected the back!

RIGHT im fuming. i bought £60 extensions from clip hair.com the other day and they wont effing dye. so ive sent them this email :

To whom it may concern,

On the 23rd of February I ordered a set of 18" double wefted clip in extensions, which arrived on the 28th (order number 44168). Before I ordered them I made sure they were 100% human so that I could dye them with a semi-permanent dye to match my own hair.
When I received them I proceeded to dye them with the Adore dye I use on my natural hair (this contains no peroxide which is much better for the hair as your website states "blonde hair has been bleached more so more caution must be taken"). When I washed out the dye I noticed that almost half of the hairs on every weft hadn't dyed at all. I thought that this could have been because the hair had been treated with a conditioner or coating to make it nice and sleek, so proceeded to wash this off with hot water and clarifying shampoo, then redyed with the semi permanent dye. After washing and allowing to air dry, the hair remained the same - half undyed.
This worried me as I started to question whether the hair was 100% human. I then logged onto your live chat and spoke to Sarah who confirmed that they were definitely human. I also asked Sarah why the hair hadn't dyed, but she wasn't sure so advised me to contact  advice@cliphair.co.uk. Sarah also told me that most of your customers use permanent hair colour on their extensions and so I took this on board.
I decided then to take one of the single clip wefts and mixed up a very low volume bleach bath (6% peroxide mixed with shampoo, this is a really light way of lifting colour and opening up the cuticles which lets semi permanent dye 'sit in' the hair properly, the same way that permanent dye works) and left it on the end of the weft for 10 mins. After letting the hair dry I then redyed (for a third time) the hair and washed it out.
I feel totally disappointed as the hair is still not dying. I really like the weight and look of the hair, but feel as though the extensions are totally useless to me now and a waste of £59.99 as they are unwearable. A picture of the hair is attached so you can see for yourselves how the strands aren't dying.
Ideally, I would like to return the extensions to you and receive a full refund for this product as I bought them under the notion that they could be dyed to match my hair, but clearly this set for whatever reason can't be.

But yeah that sucks! Its similar to the ones I got from groupon! they were meant to be £60 or £80 (cant remember) and they had them on offer for £25 plus P&P. I ordered, scrubbed with dish soap and bicarb dyed overnight and only the top inch dyed =[ I tried curling them and they melted instantly! but as they were through groupon I didnt really know how to send them back etc.

Hope you can get it sorted!

haha i wish i could have included those! the most annoying bit is that they are actually really really nice extensions, so if you had natural hair that matched them they would be perfect!
Im worried that they wont give me my money back as ive dyed them though. 🙁

I have coldsore blisters on my lip that I am desperately trying not to accidentally pop! I got coldsore stuff on it within half an hour of realising it was coming and it's definitely slowed it down and I've never managed to have it so the blisters don't pop and make the cold sore form properly. It would be REALLY nice if it didn't this time! But the Urge to scratch is so very strong... so strong. Need to be strong!

My ear is getting better, but by god is that itchy too! I'm actually considering cutting my nails as short as possible so I don't scratch either. And every now and again there's a sharp pain, like an insect is in there nibbling away!

Next will be thrush. I just know it.

Ugh meeshy how annoying I would be completely livid. They should refund you 100%

My sad is that I went to the interview to volunteer and it went well, but it's likely I can't do it now as they said they want me to be able to come in for 2 days a week during the holidays too. I haven's spoken to my boss about it yet but I'm not going to ask for it as that's cheeky, but ofc she will want to know what they said and if she offers a compromise then awesome, but if not... no go, which I will be completely gutted about.

Of course it's up to them what time they want me to do and they are flexible on days and hours but I feel really annoyed because in my covering letter AND my cv it says how I can do 9.30-2.30 in term time but I look after tom all day every day in the holidays that I was willing to give any time off I have to them. They still contacted me/offered me an interview so I thought they understood this and it was okay 🙁

Then my boyfriend says he can't see me all month because of uni work, which is absolutely fine but I'm 100% completely gutted, blargh
