Have A Good Old Moan....

The smoke alarm has been beeping every 30 seconds all day and I can't reach the sodding thing to check the batteries! Even with a step ladder the ceiling is too high! It's starting to drive me a bit potty...

AH this happened to me earlier this summer. It was the highest non-reachable one with a normal ladder so we had to get one & change the battery! Feel your pain. Now where I am at there are many new places being built so I am hearing the backup beeps of construction vehicles lol. Hope yours gets fixed soon. 😀

It gives me the rage when I watch people spend the last half an hour in a bidding war on something I'm selling on ebay, one of them wins and then doesn't pay right away! It annoys me so much, I usually end up having to make two separate trips to the post office if I'm selling lots of stuff because someone hasn't paid in time >:(

I hate when ignorant dog owners turn around and walk away from my German Shepherd! She's not the slightest bit aggressive nor was she even looking at your dogs, not necessary! Ugh, really wanted to get up the top 10 dog bite statistics to show the lovely ladies who did that! (GSDs aren't on it!)

My anxiety came back and kicked my ass, from not being able to leave the house alone for a few months again to the first proper attack in a few months yesterday... well two.

This sucks and I can't deal with this, I am 25 going 26 and more than half of the year I can't do anything myself. 😐

I fainted this morning and hit my head 🙁

I finally ordered a film scanner for myself yesterday, but they called me this morning to say that it's out of stock. They sold it £60 cheaper that anywhere else too, so now I'm gonna have to pay even more for one.

My parents have gone away for 10 days and I don't think I'm in the right place at the moment to look after myself properly.

I hate when ignorant dog owners turn around and walk away from my German Shepherd! She's not the slightest bit aggressive nor was she even looking at your dogs, not necessary! Ugh, really wanted to get up the top 10 dog bite statistics to show the lovely ladies who did that! (GSDs aren't on it!)

We get the same problem with our saint bernards, because they are so big people automatically think they're aggressive, where as we've had more problems with small dogs trying to attack our dogs.

We have a Staffy/Rottie and we get so many dodgy looks and one woman was actually scared in the vets and said she was worried he was gonna eat her dog! My mum just replied ' Oh, dont worry, he had a poodle for breakfast)

All dogs make me nervous to be honest! Lots of bad experiences with dogs from a great dane that sat on me when I was 5 (i was the size of a 3 year old and very skinny) and an evil King Charles spaniel that bit me at 8.

I'm way better than I used to be, but when a dog came running after me barking and snarling at me a couple of weeks ago, it brought it all back. The owner was a woman of about 70 who couldn't walk well and had no fence to keep them in. It felt like forever before she reached me about 200mt away on the other side of the road to calm him and take him away. Meanwhile I was pinned to a wall and sobbing! This was a German Shepard I'm afraid.

okay so i feel like i should be happy i got promoted at work and wage increase but even though i really enjoy my work, its not what i want to do forever as it just doesnt feel quite 'right'....
also im miserable im STILL single, all my friends are paired off and having fabulous time with their partners and i dont even have the time to go out and meet people....

i just feel like im never gonna move on, im 20 still living at home, in a job thats good but not what i wanna do forever and havent met any new people/made new friends and im gonna be stuck at home, single and lonely...

That's awful and a shame it was a GSD to be honest, though to me it sounds like a 70 year old who can't walk shouldn't have one : Bella is the softest thing in the world but I understand if you've had quite a few bad experiences! I'm petrified of Labradors but I just stand still and make the owner take it away as I know it's not their fault and I've never really had a bad experience they just disagree with me. What really niggled me was that it was dog owners who were happily walking their dogs with other people and their dogs so they were clearly socialized and I wanted to just say to them that they would eventually make my dog dog aggressive if everyone takes their dogs away from her as she won't know how to behave. grrr, really gets my goat 🙁

Argg, Media Wales has screwed up one of our newspaper advertisements! we paid for 10x2 and we get the paper this morning and they've chopped it up and rearranged it into a 3x4 ad. not happy, they've even changed the fonts and alignment.
We're a design company and now we look like we cant design because they've ballsed up the ad.

Edit: after half an hour on the phone, they realised they made the mistake, now their going to print our original ad free of charge! 🙂

I opened my student account on Tuesday and they took 3 days to decide if I could have an overdraft or not (need to pay nursery fees before term starts!) and phoned this morning to say it went through, great. Got my card and pin through the post this morning. Went to do online banking, put my new pin in for my new card, pin was wrong, did it again after double checking I put the pin in right, pin wrong, try one more time, card blocked. Phoned them and they had decided to send me a new card for my current account and the pin for my student card which hasnt arrived yet, even though the card I doesn't run out until dec next year.
No explanation of this on the letter they send the card with. I felt bad because I was getting really stressed with the guy on the phone and I know it's not his fault but I just need to pay my nursery fees dammit!!

I really, really HATE courier services! Waited in all day, tracked my parcel which said it was in my area and it would be delivered soon, and then it says that they can't find my house. I called them and they said the address is correct so they can't do anything but re-arrange delivery. -r- -r-
