Good Vibrations

yay well done matty! I find my diet really hard, as my OH rather than helping me purposely torments me about it, and its getting to me, but loosing a bit makes it seem worth it 🙂

So on the way back to my flat this morning, I made a new friend! It looks like a big, plooshy tail! Turns out it's called a Pampas grass! I kidnapped it from where someone had poked it into a bush, and carried it home with me. Isn't it lovely?! 😀

Oh my, where I used to live we had a huge bush of that stuff that grew in the front yard, it's crazy stuff! So soft!

MissPiggy, don't give up hun, you've started, you just gotta finish!

I start my new job tomorrow!

i heard that pamphas grass is a sign of the occupiers of the house are swingers! dunno if its true, but makes me chuckle everytime i see it =)

I may have found a store locally that sells Punky Color.  Been wanting to try that brand out but I didn't want to order it online.

Got back yesterday from a lovely little break in Somerset, and I've got an awesome birthday weekend coming up. I also managed to sell a bunch of stuff on eBay so I decided to be very indulgent and buy myself a new dress too! Life is good. 😀

My bb cream got here today! I'm dying to try it out! Haha and my first day of work went really well 🙂

hopefully tomorrow, i can give my hair a full on bleach and get rid of this crappy mess! then i can go orange or green ;D

sooooo tired, woke up at 6:30 in an attempt to get to the post office when it opened at 8 so i could be home in time for the saturday postman (failed, got to the po around 8:45 >.>; but i don't think he's turned up yet so that's okay) but it was so worth it .. gorgeous red dread fall and second hand new rocks XD i'd squee but i really don't have the energy ^.^; maharaja chai oolong coming up >.>

[edit] and the postman just delivered XD (11:46am) i am now free to coconut, adopt my bandanna and scurry off to kilmarnock to pick up my hammer drill (hamster bin cage project!) i love you beeunique T^T

my fading is going ver well (sam has pics to upload, alas she has a social life unlike me) my fringe looks ruddy horid, so is corn row'd out the way until we BB on weds, after an over night CO =) excited to be blonde for a while. also excited to finally use the oil/bleach trick. our housemate has mugged, quite literally, but turns out one of ryans besties needs a place, so all will hopefully be good in the hood again. all i need now is lilac locks and a new jobs and life will be perfecxtion

I went to a wedding show today.  🙂  It was a lot of fun and I won one night's stay at a hotel in their concierge suite.  🙂  Also, I happened to run into a guy from my Japanese class!  We saw each other across a small crowd and then stared from probably a whole minute.  We were both really surprised.  Small world.  🙂

I realized that my guyfriends are the best friends I ever had :3
Wall of text ahead!

I got uber drunk yesterday, as I had only eaten 2 chicken burgers at McDonalds and then drank the biggest part of a bottle of vodka. Then I slightly broke down and cried for about 20 minutes because I was convinced that everyone hated me - luckily, my guyfriends were there to help me, while my best friend wasn't. I then proceeded to vomit all over our couch and my best guyfriend's college jacket which I happened to wear. I then started crying again because I thought I'd thrown up blood - turned out it was the salsa-y stuff from the chicken burgers. Thank god this amazing guy named Jonah took care of me.
Jonah put up with me vomiting without even gagging, me being unable to move or open my eyes most of the time, me talking about aliens, having to hold a straw to my mouth so I could drink water and holding a cigarette in front of my mouth so I could smoke.
When everyone wanted to leave, they had to carry me to the toilet and to bed.
And even though I made such an a$$ out of myself, they still looked after me.

Today, I was at my friend's house. I spent most of the time chain-smoking or almost crying, because I was again convinced that I would never ever make out with anyone while my best friend and my best guyfriend were making out. Next to me. Then she left, and the three guys talked to me for 20 minutes, telling me I would find someone and to take my time.
I love my guyfriends, because they support me all the time, no matter what. <3
