Good Vibrations

My new corset arrived!!! So much earlier than expected too! I just got back from picking it up, naturally the first thing I did was try it on. It's so comfortable! It's much more expensive than the ones I usually buy, but it was in a massive sale so I went for it. The quality difference shows so much! This one is so ridiculously comfortable! Can't wait till it's broken in properly so that I can try to lace it fully closed :3

I HAVE A JOB INTERVIEW!

It's for street fundraising, which I already have experience in and I enjoy it!
I so hope I get the job, and I'm so so nervous as I haven't had a job interview in about 2 years!

Took Rudy for a walk down the beach today, let him play off the lead for the first time with his friend, Buster the poodle cross breed (what the heck he's crossed with Lord only knows!) Turns out he loves the beach, loves chasing the crows, loves splashing in puddles - everything! And I learned next time bring a towel so I don't have to wash out the car seats. Oops.  :laugh:

Today has been a bit of a headf**k but I'm determined not to let it get to me and am going to have a bath and watch Downton Abbey and hopefully fall asleep without thinking about things too much.

I'm going to the Doctor tmrw morning to ask about counselling for my depression. It's not much but it feels like a huge step 🙂

@Livvv - Well done you!! I suffer from depression and anxiety issues that have come back lately, but I've been too scared to go to the GP about it! I know what a massive step it is, so really, well done, and I hope you're feeling better soon! 🙂

Small joy of the day: got my picture taken for somebody's fashion blog. It's not a great picture of me, but she made some lovely comments about my hair. I feel special, haha! :')

I have a job interview tomorrow! It's temp, doing telemarketing for a small theatre company. Should tide me over until I get re-hired back at my old job in March/April  ;D.

I got the job! After my training on Tuesday and Wednesday I will be a door to door charity fundraiser! And they don't care about my hair 😀

Yay for everyones job-ness!! 😀 😀 I'm still applying,not heard back from anyone yet but I am hopeful 🙂

Yay for everyone's good news! I'm not finding out about my job applications until February-end of March depending, and it's so freaking stressful.

I'm having pizza tonight and watching Gunnm. My boyfriend hasn't gotten fed up yet with the daily amounts of japanese anime I'm forcing him to watch. Teeheehee.

A massive well done to everyone getting jobs! Today I found out I've got a telephone interview for a graduate position with KPMG, so fingers crossed on that one. (Although KPMG would definitely mean no fun hair!)
On top of that, my exams are finally over, so now I can relax and look forward to next week's mini-holiday/my birthday. Also, I cut my hair a bit because the ends really needed chopping off, and it actually looks awesome! I'm so glad it didn't go horribly wrong. 😀

I made an attempt at curling my hair for today, via a method I've never tried before. (Basically getting a damp section, twisting as much as possible, clipping onto my scalp, and taking out when dry after a night's sleep.)
I expected it to look bad because of the fact I've now got a parting.

My turquoise is looking more turquoise now, rather than a true blue, as well. And my green is brighter.
