I got my septum done!
And I'm never ever ever going to shut up about it! Not ever! 😀

Mom thought I was lying when I said I  could hide it, so she was sooooo scared. xD But then I asked the piercer to flip the retainer up for me, and you could see the relief in Mom instantly.

Mom was a bigger wuss than I was. She wanted to wait outside.

My eyes didn't even water like I expected. 😀

It really aches now though. 🙁 But soooo worth it.

Kind of dreading cleaning it because of the aching, but it must be done!

I'm going to baby this piercing for ever and ever and ever. 😀 (But not too much, because I know that's bad, too.

Buahaha. I'm so happy with it. I'm scared to sneeze and yawn, but half-yawning is okay so far. Smiling just feels a bit weird, but I'm probably not going to purse my lips ever ever again. XD!

This was so worth it. The ONLY down side is that I found out Dad was fine with it when we got back and Mom told him out of guilt. I COULD HAVE GOT IT PIERCED WITH A NORMAL RING!!! D:!
Now I have to have the retainer flipped up all the time. 🙁
(Can't just flip it down now and leave it down. Scared of it popping out in my sleep.)

I saw one of my best friends yesterday that I've not seen since January!!
We went for lunch and then did some perfume shopping. It was just what I needed, I literally don't remember the last time I had a girly day with a female friend! (That sounds super pitiful.)

@ intemp, they were out o stock of the lilac, so i got black/pink/dark purple. gonna keep checking so i can get all the colours =) are they as good as bazza m?

Balancing my moan...

My moan was that I had to have a dog put down. My Good vibe is that the dog I have left is a total and utter lunatic! ;D

Rudy is part pug part chihuahua - chug? He's a crazy loon and we love him to bits. We couldn't walk him much before because the other dog was a nightmare to take out but now we're taking Rudy out loads and he's loving it. We tried him on his first ever off the lead recall today and he was great! (The dog treats in my hand helped a lot 😉 )

He loves to play with a poodle cross breed at the park and until now I've always kept him on the lead because we don't know Rudy that well, we only got him in January and he's already nearly 2 years old now so we didn't know what habits he had as we were often dealing with the other dog.

Getting to know Rudy is brilliant! He's such a character and I'm so glad we got him. It's certainly taking my mind off the pooch we had put down.
