Good Vibrations

I'm looking forward to helping my daughter with her homework yay! I know that's a dumb "yippee" but it looks really interesting! You have to design a poster or leaflet advertising a great scientist - past or present. Make it interesting and fun to read etc. No word limit, just make it a good one.

I love that stuff. Our homework was always boring stuff, like answer questions 4 - 16 on page 22, blah, blah, blah.

Anyone who's read my recent posts in the moan thread will be aware of the situation I've been having at work lately.  Well, this morning I went to the doctor for a whole host of stress-related symptoms (I won't bother going into all of them here), and she signed me off work for 3 weeks with work-related stress.  Although I'm not entirely happy about being signed off work sick, it was an incredible relief that the doctor said to me that it's not anything wrong with me, it's all been caused by the stress I've been put under at work!

My good vibration is that festival season is done 🙂 sooooo pleased. Its been a really mixed bag of good and poop this year. Going to camdem tomorrow 🙂 seeing my girl crush who put my rainbow in 🙂 then home to mama to sort out ryans passprt and moving abroad 😀 yayyyyysies!

woop! been at Epcot all day, and managed to find this huge shop in the Japan bit FULL of anime and Ghibli merch! boyfriend's pressie, sorted!

shouldn't have said that on here though because he knows my passwords and could see this if i left myself logged in, oops :')

yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyy japan shop!! i got my awesome hello kitty purse from there! everyone is vv jealous of it :D:D

awuhh! i saw a totoro purse in there too it was adorable! also did you see how many anime scrolls they had?! i wanted one but they'd be too big to take home in our suitcases.

my happy is that i went to disneyworld today!! we watched the parade and omg one of the dancers (well, LOADS of the cast members too) complimented my hair and this guy asked one of the chipmunks in the parade if they could dye his hair and eyebrows green just like mine 😀 i also got a bright orange disneyworld tshirt and some minnie mouse ears 😀 i'm so happpppaaaahhh

And glad to hear you're back, Pippa!  Matty, sounds like fun homework.  Mindi, sorry you're so stressed that it's making you ill, but glad you have some time off to relax a little.

I've just put on the VS Lovespell lotion that my parents sent me for my birthday ... mmm, I smell like sherbert!

I have sort of sorted my money issue, and I moved all my stuff into my flat today 😀
Good because its in, and good because my Nanna and Mum and Auntie and Nanna's friend came to help, and we had a really good laugh in the process, and went for coffee after we'd finished.
Happy teamwork, happy mood.

Renaissance Festival next weekend!  Going to curl my hairz and dress for it.  I'm so excited.

I just found a five pound note in an old bag....:D simple things! 😀

We get the keys to our new house tomorrow 😀 can't wait!

and also, my new purple Dr Martens should arrive

woohooooo so after moaning about not realising i could've got quicker postage on an ebay item they turned up on my door mat today! hurrah!

I got my navel re-pierced 😀 didn't hurt that badly too, considering it went through the scar tissue of my previous two. He really had to push the needle hard though!
