Good Vibrations

Yay for seeing friends and removal of braces XD

I'm in a good mood because it's Friday, it's dress down day at work and it's nice and drizzly outside.  Oh, and because I've eaten really heathily all week, I'm allowing myself a double-decker as a treat today in place of my usual melon.

I just finished painting all the new wallpaper in the bedroom so only the cupboard to paint and the patterned wallpaper to go up and i've finished with the decorating so can get carpet and furniture built up and in then I can sleep upstairs again yay!

Can't believe how many new skills i've learnt this past couple of weeks - am well chuffed that it's all my own work 😀

Having so much fun with the 365 project that someone on here suggested (sorry can't remember who it was right now). I've only got as far as photographing my back yard but I never knew how interesting it was out there! Hopefully I'll get out to the beach tomorrow to take some more interesting photo's.

i'm so happy! i don't know why.. i've had such a good ending to these holidays, even though the farest i've gone is town. had a fun day with my friend again, i'm glad we've started hanging out again, i missed having her around, she's just so much happier than everyone else near me 🙂 and tomorrow hopefully will be a nice day so i can go out with my bf for our '2 year and 10 month anniversary' yes i insist we celebrate on every 28th xD

although i have no idea what to do for this month, i'm still excited 🙂

I'm alive.  Enough said.

ooh Poh, you reminded me that today is me and my bf's 2 and a half year anniversary! I bought him a present today that had nothing to do with that but it worked out nicely I guess!

despite my moan, i've got some baby pink nail varnish on now and it looks ace, if i don't say to myself. they went perfect this time, and hopefully on wednesday or something i'll be putting some blue crackle varnish over 😛

I was done with nail polish when I had the plum, everytime I washed my hair my nails went purple :/

aha my friend has the same problem atm! i did the tips of her hair midnight blue, and her nails keep going blue tinted xD

It's so much fun! I actually got out yesterday, woot! Darn kids, darn housework, I just never get to do half the stuff I want to do! I gotta see where I can go today.

Wahey, what do you know, I moaned about not being able to do a single crochet stitch and fifteen minutes later have managed to do a row of chain stitches.  They're clumsy and uneven, lol, but I'm figuring it out XD.

Though I have this strange compulsion to throw away my hook and just use my fingers.
