Good Vibrations

The fact that this is exciting to me will give you an indication of how thrilling the rest of my life is...  😛

I attempted to tone my roots this morning with diluted pimpin purple... which now has me sporting an almost neon fuchsia pink colour.  I feel right perky, too.  *1*

So, perky-feeling me is taking a trip with my hubby today to get his ID badge for uni and to the book store to pick up the materials for his classes that begin next week.  Then we're going to the supermarket for some groceries... and then up to the city to have his TB test read.  The sun is shining, and we'll be out together sans kids... it's like a DATE!  I mean, it is Friday, right?  *rofl*

phew, I'm so relieved!  *1*

*hopefully* the net is now sorted.....also its my bday next fri, then the following fri i get a new tattoo! yaysies!

The OH went to pick up a Boots online order instore and they had no idea what he was talking about-the girl had to get the manager and it took half an hour before they worked out what the problem was.
He was in Superdrug.

I'm very happy today as it's my birthday and I've been shopping with my lovely mummy. I've had lots of lovely smiles and a few compliments on my hair, as well as buying a gorgeous jacket for a steal in the charity shop and lots of pretty necklaces from Claire's (on sale too!!) to suit my cravings for this month! I also found some dirt cheap rollers after nearly spending £5 in superdrug, I'm currently sitting with a wet set in my hair and I'm excited for it to work as I'm going to Wycombe to support my football team tomorrow. I'm a happy bunny right now 😀

All of that post makes me sound like such a little cheapskate!

I'm happy because chores are done and exercise is out of the way, so I have a lazy afternoon ahead of me and turkey burgers for tea tonight.

My youngest daughter is 8 years old today... and sweet as the day is long, too.  They really grow up too fast!

To celebrate birthdays at our house, I will fix whatever their favourite meal is for dinner and they also get to choose a dessert.  Her dinner choice is buttermilk pancakes topped with strawberries and whipped cream (which she calls "real cream"), sausage patties and then brownie sundaes topped with mint chip ice cream and homemade hot fudge sauce for dessert.  Do you think she likes sweet things?  LOL!
