Good Vibrations

Just sent off my application for time out of University. Hoping that it goes through, really nervous,  my health is at a state right now where I can't go back anyway so I'd have to withdraw completely, which would feel like a massive waste of money and time. =<

I hope your uni is sympathetic, Mouse, it sounds as though you're having a tough time of it  *hugs*

Unpacking loads of stuff at my other half's, cleaning and sneaking in girly things while he's at work  *whistle*

I have to unpack two boxes and then my room is finally done :3

Also.
I'm going back to school on Monday, and I'm gonna work my ass off because I finally have a goal that I want to reach - if my grades are good enough, I can go abroad and come back and study and be a social worker and help people. I have put up with not being able to study psychology, but I feel like being a social worker allows me to be myself and to work with a lot of different people which is perfect for me.
So from Monday on, I'm going to really make an effort in school.

The first step of my university application went through, and my fiancee says he'll buy me a bridge piercing as a Christmas present when I'm feeling a bit better! (Can't eat anything right now without feeling really sick, and piercings on an empty stomach probably aren't the best, and I can't be bothered to look after myself most days so I'm not sure how well cleaning it would go at present...)

Also he bought me three big Pokemon plushies to cheer me up, they're gorgeous and cuddly and they make me smile. 🙂

my good is a little delayed but other day went shopping with my boyfriend, being whipped and all, made him carry my clothes and bags but it was an awesome day. although spent a good £50 (maybe a little more) on clothes :X but it was payday the day after so it practically didn't even make a difference 😉

and now college tomorrow, no idea what to wear since i have loads of new outfits, jeees!!

Eeee! Adobe are doing free downloads of older versions of Photoshop today! And it's got the bit that I want Photoshop for!! Eeeee! I don't have to spend £1000 anymore! Thank god I didn't buy it when I was thinking about it a couple of weeks ago 😀

Edit, yeah, just looked into it more. Turns out that some huge blogs and news outlets somehow misunderstood that the page was only for people that have bought CS2 and there's some bug so they needed to re-download it from that page.

Still, it's stupid of them not to do it. I'd love to upgrade one day and be loyal, but they just make me want to get an illegal copy. I haven't, but I have wanted to. And not everyone stops at the wanting to. I wish some of the more established software companies would take hints from the smaller ones and share more. There's not really a good reason for the software costing so much when it's so popular. CS2 is 3 versions behind and over 7 years old.

got the internet back after like 2 months nearly so no more relying in 3g and i can come back here YAYYYY 😀

I have an exam tomorrow that I'm going to mess up cos I missed loads of last semester but I got an extension for the work I had due friday so its a lifted load! And my loan went in and I bought more dye and some nice things (including all my stuff for a Supernatural Convention omg excited is not the word) And I have some appts. with the uni counsellor and she's really nice so things are a touch better this semester (so far!)

My good is I have internet at home (which is good because 3G absolutely blows where I live) and my flat is starting to look a bit more normal as we've finally be able to buy/put up more furniture so less boxes to dodge walking around is a plus.
Studies just as stressful as ever, working on a super tight schedule with deadline after deadline after deadline coming up.

Also, I cut my hair short and slowly getting rid of the henna which had gotten way too dark/auburn for my liking.

i already posted this on fb. but zeroluie got back to me about the shoot =D she apologised for the delay &| is going to send me some goodies for being patient. so hopefully it'll be happening in the not to distant future =D
