Good Vibrations

Just back from seeing 'The Hobbit'  Big Big Big  fan of 'the Hobbit' and 'the Lord of the Rings' Saw it in the new HFR 3D thingy.  Highly recommend going and seeing it in any format.  Its made my day.

I'm having to cancel my tickets to see it in 3D as I actually had no idea it was even filmed in 3D! I was really upset when I found out as I get horribly sea sick watching 3D 🙁 10 mind into one film I was running to the toilet to throw up! So I'm not sure when I'll see it now.

They do have 2D showings, at least at Showcase Cinemas.

I'm in a good mood because we got our Christmas food shop done this morning (we were at Asda for six am and it was starting to get pretty busy then and was getting crazy by the time we left at seven), my Geek Chic stuff came (didn't expect it this soon!), Christmas prezzies are all wrapped and under the tree.  Took a nap and ate about a pound of pretzels.  Much happy 🙂

I just spent the afternoon with my best friend. He's been in a really bad way for a long time following the sudden unexpected death of is mother this time last year, and today he was a lot more like his old self 🙂 It made me so happy to see him like that 🙂

Finally feeling festive! Spent the evening wrapping pressies and watching a great film, now in bed with my man and Rocky III 🙂

Went to my bf's granny's bday today, we ate so much and everything was delicious 😀
Also i just dyed my roots today and i feel fabulous lol.
My ends haven't faded one bit (planning to do fire hair) but it's ok,

Just had the lovliest hoglet hugs & kisses <3 my s3 mini comes thurs, net is installed fri, pick up my pippa ring from glittrrpix tomorrow. Gonna have gold glitter brows & dress as an elf tomorrow & im exvited for ryan to unwrap his pressies <3 its coming up pippa 😀

it's 22 minutes past 12 so it's now christmas eve, my boyfriends birthday and we've been together for 2 years 😀

Apparently though it's a strange thing to get, because it's so difficult to find a good handful of sources for information and experiences. I've asked a friend who has it done and she's given me some decent feedback, though.

Now I've just got to convince the parents. It's another facial piercing, and I really don't think they'll be happy.
If they really dig their heels in and insist that it's a big no no, then I'm 18 in June anyway so I can just go do it at the same time as my tattoo.
I'll just use the "Well there's no point in saying no because I'll just go get it done in a couple months anyway since I'm 18" argument. They're huge believers in that after you turn 18 you make your own decisions, so you don't need permission for things like this, and if they don't like it they agree that they don't think they have the right to do anything about it other than give their opinion.

I get where they're coming from, but they're really old fashioned and they think 80% of piercings are just for sex or some kind of satanism.

The piercing is still 50/50 right now because I need to consider how it's going to effect me and what things it's going to limit me on, but I still love the happy feeling I get when I feel like I want a piercing. xD

Also I bought my cat's Christmas present today! [ Yes I'm one of THOSE people.]
We got him a couple of pairs of baby socks. :3 He'll look so funny walking around in them. [He puts up with so much...]

getting a provisional license for my birthday! woooo

I'm starting 2013 in the best way: I'm going to order CDs, books and new Docs (two pairs if my bargain hunting skills are still as good as they used to be!) while eating delicious nachos in a clean room. <3

Going wedding dress shopping tomorrow. .......
