finally just watched all the Walking Dead episodes i saved (only 2 but it seems like loads!) and wow, wow, wow!
however my main happy but moan at same time is i'm waiting for the piercer to call me when the cheek posts arrive that he ordered on monday for me, left a £10 deposit so hopefully they hurry up and come soon i'm hoping they arrive today (he's just called saying they're not here just yet but there's still time but he'll call me) so i can get my cheeks done tomorrow, if not then monday i hope i can get them at break at college 😛
No work for me all week, yaaaay!
German market tomorrow, random Christmassy films and hot chocolate throughout the week, possibly seeing the Hobbit on Friday ... it's gonna be a great week 😀
And my provisional license came back in a week--four times quicker than I was expecting! LOL, now to figure out how to drive with a clutch ... eeek!
Just curious, are you tempted at all to say stick instead of clutch intemp?
LOL yes ... I call it "stick shift" about 75% of the time 😀
Haha! That's great 🙂 Do you have to explain it or are most people familiar with some of your americanisms?
I think most people tend to get most of them. The one that threw my boss was "sidewalk". The main thing that people tend to tease me about is my pronunciation ... for example, I say "banana" like "bah-na-nah" instead of "bah-nah-nah" and I say "pree-sen-ta-tion" rather than "pres-en-ta-tion". And before I moved here, I pronounced "Worcestershire" like "War-chest-er-shi-er".
had a great day out shopping with my sister, even though I had to take a bunch of buses and had some a-hole laughing his head off at me on the bus because of my hair.

I think I completely missed this, are you American Intemp? haha, sorry!
My dye has faded considerably tonight after leaving clarifying shampoo on for an hour instead of doing a double wash as I have been doing, maybe it will be gone by next week like I want after all 🙂

Born and raised in the USA, been living in England for several years now :). I remembered another couple of words that throw people for a loop--"zucchini" and "eggplant".
Cilantro threw me the first time.
I have no idea what zucchini is! I know what our version of eggplant is though (aubergine, right?) lol
a zucchini is our courgette 🙂
I know all the common ones- freeway, faucet, etc... are there any others I probably won't know? I'm going to America Friday!
Me and Jordan have been together for 3 years today! And we're going to the Christmas Markets in town later and then for food 🙂
I like banana! When i was in canada i liked how they said it too lol
