I was in town with my sister today and poped into Superdrug for a quick nosy when I spotted a fantastic bargain L'Oreal Feria colour 3d Iridescent blonde for the grand old price of 35p there was only one box and I'v never used it before so I've no clue if its good or not but  for the price I won't mind giving it a go

we're putting up our christmas decorations. 😀

Yesterday afternoon we went to Dylan's school and saw his class and the other reception classes (they're split into four reception classes as their are so many kids!) do an Indian drum performance for the parents, in celebration of Diwali 😀

It was ridiculously cute! And Dylan was so happy 🙂

asked the guy at work that's like, the equivalent of assistant manager really about having piercings when i start potwash/desserts tomorrow and they did say i have to take piercings out as a health&safety/hygiene thing (fair does, always have to take em out when running food anyway) but i asked if i got a new piercing (facial) would i be able to just put plasters over em and he said it *should* be fine 😀 ill have to ask the boss tomorrow but he did say he can't see any issue with it if i'm only in kitchen doing pots and stuff 🙂

this means i can have my cheeks pierced whenever i want 😀 i wanna kinda get em done soon but i think i'll wait till after christmas cause i don't wanna be having mahooosive cheeks on christmas day and everything 😛

Went to Memorabilia today and came back with a Frankenweenie cardboard cut-out--score!  Also got some Frankenweenie figures and FW mounted film strip, as well as a new graphic novel and a fabulous Trick R Treat companion book ... and I met Patricia Quinn and got her autograph.  She complimented my nails :D.

Eeee, she was so lovely!  Really soft-spoken and polite and darling, and she still has awesome plummy crazily curly hair even though she's nearly 70.

We're having our own Thanksgiving today!  OH has spent the morning making pumpkin pie and cornbread ... the house smells delicious.

And I've spent the morning cleaning and wrapping the presents that are going stateside ... I feel so productive right now!  I'll wrap the rest of the presents and fill out my Christmas cards next weekend when the tree is up, then I can relax and enjoy the season with a trip to the German Market and lots of Christmas films and diet hot chocolate.

We're just about to have lunch and then the kiddies are going to the inlaws, whilst Chris and I go Christmas shopping 😀 We're going to go to all the big toy stores, which every year tends to result in us running around like kids ourselves 😀 And then we're having a roast dinner tonight with the kiddies and then putting up our Christmas decorations! I'm excited! 😀

It was the Xmas fair today at the animal shelter I volunteer at, I'm freezing cold and absolutely knakered but it was a really good day ;D
