Unfortunately I've had that many blood tests in the past, I've just had to get used to em lol. Although after me saying to you the other week that they don't hurt that much, the one yesterday did :/ Don't think the needle was very sharp.
Aww, do you bruise from blood tests? That sucks. I have done the odd occasion in the past but not usually, my mum does though, even if it doesn't hurt, she'll still get a bruise. Weird.

I've never got a bruise and I give blood 3-4 times a year o.O (do have two permanent dots where they tap me though, same size as the dot on the back of my left arm where the implant went in.)

Whenever I have do to a blood test, I end up looking like a heroin addict, with a huge bruise on my arm. I also think my skin is too weird for them, they can never get the needle in on the first try lol, so I haaate doing blood tests now (I have to do them at least 2-3 times a year, but there have been times where they had to do lots) :/

Gonna do my hair tonight!! I hate doing it, takes sooo long as I'm very lazy haha

I've had times where the needle has gone in, but my vein has jumped away from the surface so no blood could be drawn, and then they just had to keep prodding me with the needle till they got a vein. Think that's the occasions where I have bruised.

I enjoy having needles shoved in me. I blame the nurse that gave me an extra sweet because I watched her give me my meningitis jab.

that was my first one and i cried for 25 minutes and had that emla type cream on 30 minutes before and made her spray numb me for good measure 2 extra times :') maybe that's why i bruised haha

Yikes, Poh!  I don't even know of any cream or numbing stuff they is used here.  I've never heard of it before.  Maybe we don't have it here.

My penpal, Grace, sent me a bunch of recipes with her last letter.  I'm so excited to try them out.  Also, my OH's birthday is coming up.  Every year I cook him something extra special.  This year I found a recipe for chocolate peanutbutter oreo brownie things that look amazing.  I hope it turns out as good as the photo looked.  🙂

Also, Poh, that's insane haha :') I bruise veeeery easily though, so blood tests always make me look even more junkie-ish, and when I bump into something, I usually have a nice bruise for the next 2 weeks as well lol

You may have bruised because you were tense, that seems to be the main reason given by the blood guys. They don't numb you when you give blood, they just put some super solventy smelling disinfectant on your arm that makes you itchy... which isn't useful when you're sitting there for about 5 minutes with a mahooosive needle in your arm.

Not really my good, but so chuffed for my daughter, she picked up her car yesterday and we went for a long drive........its a mini convertable ( luckily the rain stayed of long enough for her to drive with the roof down! )
