Good Vibrations

OMG! sooooo gross!

Well today i went and had a girly day, treated myself to my nails done and went shopping.  I bought my next colour of hair dye too 🙂 fancy a little change you see so after work tomorrow i will start fading it out 🙂

ewwww thats sick, although I was a chambermaid and the things we found in the rooms, urgh, I swear its put me off hotels for life

I have totally cleaned the house from top to bottom, an shattered buuut so pleased its all done, then had a chinese to treat myself 😀

Had a great day out with my friends today - one of my friends got her lip pierced and it looks awesome. 🙂

Horse riding this afternoon! The weather is GRIM though, so that shall be interesting.

I just painted the first wall of our bedroom a gorgeous deep blue and I love it already. 😀 Got another blue one to do once I've moved all my piles of crud then the others are going to be a proper shiny gilt gold with fairy lights on. Exciteeeeed!

I got my photoshop back, so cant wait to start making my graphics again 😀

haha it was freaking disgusting! couldn't stop laughing about it though coming up with situations on how 3 dollops of poo would end up on the bus :'D

EDIT: since my mum was against all other prom shoes i've chosen, i was forced to keep looking and me and my friend found these creeper-like shoes that'd go with my dress

well i thought she'd hate them with them being all platformy and stuff but she was actually okay. she said to wait until my dress arrives in person so we can match the colours up, then we were going to go to OFFICE or somewhere that sells creepers in person and see how i can walk in them before getting these haha.
we decided since my bf is only a bit taller than me that heels or massive platforms wouldn't be good, plus, i really would look a fart in heels, even if i wore them in the house everyday until prom i'd still have a 90% injury rate hahja

Had a lovely day, did some last minute wedding shopping, bought lots of retro pick n mix sweets for wedding buffet, Then had a huge pork roast at my mums 😀

Got home and received a message from my dad (who I've not seen since I was 18!) saying he's deffo coming to my wedding, and could his parents (my grandparents who i've never met!) come too!

Crazy times.

I've said to him I'd love to meet them but not on the wedding as its just too nerve wracking a situation on top of wedding nerves. Makes me wish I was more confident with people!
But nevertheless, lovely to know they're interested 🙂

Pretty sure I was close to a panic attack on Friday morning trying to pack for my sibling's wedding. BUT with the aid of prescription beta blockers I got through my reading without major anxiety or bursting into tears so was pleased not to let them down. The whole day was incredibly emotional, both bride and groom cried through their respective speeches and it was very obvious the groom was only just holding it together before and during the ceremony, so both families and surrogate families were in bits too! Just the most wonderful day. *loveeyes*
And my kitty played with the cattery staff this time and has settled at home within a few hours. *1* Last time (hen weekend) she went she didn't play, was staring intently at the door like she was willing a human to come through when I went to collect her, and was not herself for a few days afterwards. My best friend is getting married in three months so my poor baby will have to go in the cattery once again - it's a relief to know she will be fine.

I'm meeting the person who is (hopefully) my new tutor today! I'm signing on to the Classics department for a Latin module next year, and today I'm going to go and talk it all through! It sounds like a stupid thing to get excited for, but it's really brightened my mood and I'm really looking forward to it. =3

Also finally starting to get a grip on my essay, just 1000 or so more words to go, and I think most of it's coherent, which is a relief. Suffered a lot of anxiety over it over the course of the weekend, so writing it got very fragmented to allow for constant breaks and calm-down time. So it's nice that it still makes sense, despite all that!

To balance out my moan im satarting to fade out the pink to go red for a little while 🙂

Ive just bought all stuff to make cakes and pancakes, I love being all domesticated (oh and eating it all of course 😉 )

I got cast as Crystal in Little Shop of Horrors! She's one of the singing street urchins. Yay! Tonight, I go out drinking to celebrate and to commiserate with my friend who should have been Audrey, but they decided to cast a 50 year old woman opposite the 24 year old actor playing Seymour instead...

Going in my very first date since splitting up with my boyfriend and moving out in November tomorrow! Eek! Excited but also very nervous. I've never really done this dating business! 😛
