My hubby ordered something for me for Valentine's day and it's arrived! It's still boxed and I'm sure I'm not supposed to know about it but it came from the US and they had to declare on the outer paperwork what it is, yay! He's got e a silver necklace with a leaf on it. I know which one it is coz he caught me looking at it a while back. It's a silver birch leaf. I grew up with silver birches outside my window as a child and I've always loved them. I thought the leaf necklace was cute and now he's gone and ordered it for me, woohoo!

But shhh... He doesn't know that I know. ;D

I'm back from Manchester with awesome hair!  Yippee!  I have natural dreads again!  Pics are in the show off thread.  ;D

Making a yummy sausage casserole for din dins, but I made enough to feed a small army so I can keep it for later on in the week/lunches at work 🙂

Daaaw, I've used Iguana green but mine was a lot darker 🙁 I don't wanna bleach to get it that light! Thanks though, and it looks great 😀

Mine was only at a caramelish blonde colour when I put Iguana on. N'aw. I wish you could get a brighter green for you. You'd look so cool. ._.

I've finally bought some bra's that fit me! Yayyy! :>
I haven't been able to find any bra's that aren't flimsy training ugly ones anywhere local, so I had a look on ebay today. Bought a load. I'm so happy now that they'll actually fit. (I wasn't too happy about them all being called 'first bra', though. People way older than twelve are a size AA, too, y'know! :< )

But yes. I really hope they arrive super soon. Dx

Happy for today is that I get to see my other half again next week and that I won some lovely skirts on ebay! Hoping they'll fit me since I'm pretty small, but from experience I know that a lot of 'goth' brands tend to cut small anyway, so fingers crossed! >w<

I had more work for a magazine published today 😀 hopefully i will get to be a proper writer for them soon as i am really enjoying it!

Im not even bothered about getting paid, just be nice to be official at something 🙂

soo i took my little hair extension test thingy to work today and they all said i'd really suit it. yay! turquoisey teal it is 🙂

Finally tracked down some Xanthan Gum after going to 5 different shops so now I can get my gluten-free bake on! Plus I chose some new glasses today as consolation for the fact that my eyes seem to be rejecting contact lenses all of a sudden, and I'm really looking forward to getting them. 🙂

Yeah. And it's so hard to find some that are more grown up, you know? D: I can't afford to buy the really expensive lacy kind from really big brand names (Aka anything over a fiver is out of bounds because I'm REALLY poor. ._.) and it just sucks that I'm stuck with everything either really boring and plain looking, or something with [for example] ice creams plastered all over it. Dx

But I've got a couple of coloured / patterned ones that don't look too dodgy. So I'm happy enough. <-<;

I bought the hair and wool for my dreads 😀

I put my extensions in today after not wearing them for a long time - missed them so much!
Plus I realized I could make dreads out of an extension I don't use.

And stretched my ear to 18mm, didn't hurt at all!

I installed 4 dreads today! I know it's not much, considering I have 41 left (and I might make more if that doesn't turn out to be enough). But hey it's a start!
And I got some lovely new sparkly tunnels and I'm thinking I might stay at 6mm for a while. I was planning on staying there for a couple of months and then moving on, but I now have quite a few pretty things to wear so I might stay there for longer than that.

ws told i might get a pay rise today, cos im kinda a supervisor =) got upto 14mm for both ears =) got 2 new lippies =) got cheap, decent bleach =) did my first ever coconut oil BB and it went fairly well(although the patience of BBing instead of full bleach is gonna kill me!) =) ryan is out tonight, so no snoring =))))) happy pip plop i am
