Hi me again
It's time to to my roots and I need to purchase some powder bleach and developer and I was wondering if you lady's would be able to recommend a good one
I have a natural level 7/8 that takes easily to bleach I just want to keep the condition of my hair as health as possible and I knew using the cheapest products might not be the best .( I want I lighten my hair to white/platinum blonde to match hair already)
I was think using a level 20 (6%) developer.
But unsure of which brand and if I should use a blue powder bleach or white ?
I do have a Sally's card and a card to my other local beauty supply store if professional brands are the best I can get then easily

I don't know where you are located so it makes it harder to make a suggestion. The most recommended bleaches are Matrix Light Master, Wella Blondor, and Schwarzkopf Blondme. In Sally stores in the US there is the Ion brand and Age Beautiful Cream lightener. I'm not sure what is available in the UK; they carry some brands that the US does not.

I love loreals platinum (pink bag/box), no reaction to it, amazing lift on my shitty pigment at 6%, blue powder.
