I attempted to bleach my hair. I should've listened to my husband and let a pro do it.

Anyways, it's uneven and doesn't look good at all. I have a tube of wella hair dye and am wondering if I should use it. It's a medium beige blonde color.

Any advice would be great. I return to work on Monday after being on maternity leave and would like to have my hair back to normal.

A blonde hair dye isn't going to sort it out if you just out it all over, you'll have an even worse result.

When you say it's uneven, how is it uneven? Can you post a photo?

I've attached a photo. I was watching a video that said Demi perm hair color that was darker could work to help cover it up until it was time to bleach again later.

Yes, a darker one will. Don't use a demi though. You don't want to use more peroxide right now. Use a direct dye like Adore. That way you can mix a few shades to match your natural hair.

Then, in about a month, you can use a colour remover to hopefully get rid of the darker dye. Then you can spot bleach the dark patches with the help of a friend.

From what I saw briefly adore is something I can only purchase online. Do you have any other recommendations?

It depends where you are in the world. Adore is often available from shops catering for black/afro Caribbean hair, that won't always be obvious online.

Ok, I'm afraid I'm in the UK, so I don't know of where you'd be able to get Adore or what alternatives might be available (I'm not really into natural colours anyway, as you can probably see from my profile pic πŸ™‚ ). But as I say, I know they're aimed at the african american market, so that's a good place to start.
