So I bleached my hair and I came out this color and I want to tone it with Wella toner. But I don't know what a Wella toner to use T14 or T18?

Judging by these photos, neither. It's too dark. Do you just want a cooler blonde?

I know this post is old. But in order to acheive any results from T-18 or 14, your hair has to be a pale banana yellow.
Anything darker will not tone.
