Using foam and normal dye together?

(@kerrypip)

So I am currently a light honey blonde colour, but I intend to dye my hair to baby pink on Sunday, meaning I need to lighten and tone my hair before then (last time I went pink on my current colour it faded to a salmon colour - not a good look on me!  *nono* )

I have just raided the cupboards in my house and found 2 permanent dyes in the same light ice blonde I want, but one's a foam dye and one is just normal. Can I use them together to dye my hair? my hair is really long so theyres no way I can use just one box.

If using them both is okay, any suggestions on how to go about dying my hair with them?

You won't be able to mix them. You could use one on half your hair and the other on the other half.
If it were me I wouldn't bother with either, just lightly bleach your hair instead. You need a level 10 blonde for baby pink and bleach will give you a better chance of getting there in one go. If you are already blonde you won't need a strong peroxide, I would go with a 20 vol.
Then use a purple shampoo when rinsing out the bleach and you are ready to add the pink dye.
