So I just recently dyed my hair for the first time with adore raging red and pink rose. Although being that my hair was a darker color after I used a color remover on my hair for the previous faded red i had, the ending result of the adore colors was a bit too dark and I just want it a few shades lighter, so I plan on trying a bleach bath in the near future. So my question is after a bleach bath once I get to my deisered shade will I need a toner before applying the color? Or does my hair have to be a pale yellow or platinum to worry about applying toners? I dont plan on going that bright of shade but I'm just wondering when do I need to be concerned with applying toners.

If you want it lighter, just wash it a few times with SLS shampoo or put some -dish soap on your head. It will fade the semi colour without damaging your hair (though it can be drying, so have some good conditioner ready).
There's no need to tone for red/pink hair, just fade it down and choose a lighter shade next time or dilute it with conditioner.
