I'm trying to achieve a light grey tone to my blonde hair....I just don't know what to do next since I have a slight green tinge to my hair in the front. The rest of my hair is pale pale yellow (like the inside of a banana), but there's a section of my hair that is green due to the dye I had on it before, which was Pravana Blissful Blue. I have Wella T18 toner and Ion Brilliance Titanium semi-permanent dye. I was thinking of diluting the Titanium with conditioner to achieve that desired grey tone, but I do not know if the green will mess it up.
What should I do?

If you want to go grey you need some pink/purple tones on a green base.
I would avoid the T18, it won't cover the green. Ion titanium is very blue toned so will come out even more blue on a green base.
I would dilute a pink based purple heavily in white conditioner and neutralise the green that way. Start with quite a weak mix, you can always add another layer
