Hello again everyone! I haven't been on for aaagggeesss, I have been growing my hair out over the last 12 months(ish). I had a bit of damage to the ends as I started straightening again for a new job.
Anywhoo, all splits and damage now seem to have been trimmed away and nice weather is coming so I need to do my roots.
The thing is, usually my roots are about an inch, now probably more like 6 inch. Before I would have just done a full headbleach but iI'm so paranoid about damage I don't want bleach on already lightened hair. So what is my best plan do you think? I'm mostly worried about overlap if I do the bottom 5inch first then the inch closest to my scalp.

Im really overthinking this 😂😂😂

That sounds like the best plan, just try not to overlap like you said and I'd suggest bleaching over hair that as been coated in coconut oil at least an hour or two prior.

do the regrowth minus roots first, process longer than roots, to avoid hot roots.  *ott* if you need more details just let me know but sounds like you're pretty handy with bleach so just wanted to remind you.
